DIY Cracked Feet & Dry Skin Remedy

The benefit of coconut oil on the skin is comparable to mineral oil. Unlike mineral oil, there is no adverse side effects on the skin with the application of coconut oil. Coconut oil is a great solution for preventing dry skin. It helps in treating various skin problems like psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema. It’s also great because it delays wrinkles and sagging skin! It is also a great deep conditioning treatment for your hair!

Cracked Feet :

  • 3 tablespoons Epsom Salt
  • Coconut Oil
  • Plastic Wrap

1) Soak your feet for 15 minutes in warm water with Epsom Salt. Epsom Salt draws out the dryness of our feet and heels.

2) Dry feet with a towel and apply a thick layer of coconut oil on each foot.

3) Wrap both feet individually entirely in plastic wrap.

4) Place socks on top of the plastic wrap. Go to sleep and remove in the morning.

Repeat this for 3 nights.

Dry Skin :

  • Coconut Oil

1) While taking a shower – exfoliate skin. Rinse off and dry with a towel.

2) Massage coconut oil into the skin.

Repeat once or twice a week.
